Welcome to Canada Lotto Hub operated by canadalottohub.ca (hereinafter referred to as “Canada Lotto
Hub”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, services, or any related
applications (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
(“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your province/territory of
residence, if higher) to use the Platform.
You must be physically located in Canada at the time
of registration and each time you access paid services or purchase lottery products.
You must
not be a self-excluded individual or otherwise prohibited from participating in lottery or gaming

Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family
members of Canada Lotto Hub or its partners may be restricted from certain promotions or
participation.
2. Account Registration and Security
You may create only one account per person. All accounts must be registered with accurate, complete,
and truthful information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us
of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts
at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, multiple accounts, or violation of these
Terms.
3. Services Offered
Canada Lotto Hub provides a platform for lottery ticket purchases, results checking, and related information services. We act as an intermediary or authorized reseller where applicable. All lottery draws are conducted by official licensed lottery providers.
4. Responsible Gaming
We are committed to promoting responsible gaming. Tools such as deposit limits, self-exclusion, reality checks, and session limits may be available. 5. Deposits, Purchases and Withdrawals
- All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

- We comply with all applicable Canadian anti-money laundering (PCMLTFA) and anti-fraud regulations.
6. Prizes and Winnings

- Large winnings may require direct contact with the official lottery corporation for claim processing.

7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canada Lotto Hub, its owners, directors, employees, and
affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount
you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results. Lottery participation involves risk of loss. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
12. Changes to These Terms

13. Governing Law
