By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or submitting a fantasy roster on canadalottohub.ca, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
2. Eligibility & Legal Capacity
Services are offered exclusively to individuals who reside in Canadian provinces/territories where fantasy sports simulations are lawful and who have attained the legal age of majority in their specific jurisdiction (18+ in AB/MB/QC, 19+ in all other provinces and territories).
3. Account Integrity & Single User Rule
Each manager may register only one active account. The creation of duplicate accounts, syndication pooling for unfair advantage, automated bot drafting, or script-based lineup submission is strictly forbidden and results in immediate disqualification.
4. Nature of Contests: Games of Skill
All fantasy competitions and tournament simulations conducted on CanadaLottoHub represent games of skill. Outcomes are determined by managerial statistical acumen, historical telemetry analysis, knowledge of depth charts, weather considerations, and strategic lineup adjustments.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All platform interface designs, simulation software code, branding assets, logos, and statistical compilation algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of CanadaLottoHub. Player names and team references are used purely under fair-use editorial sports commentary standards.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro Analytics passes and Private League hosting packages are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the billing renewal date via your account dashboard.
7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be instituted in the judicial district of Ottawa, Ontario.
