Bonus Terms & Conditions – Canada Lotto Hub

These Bonus Terms & Conditions (“Bonus Terms”) apply to all promotional offers, bonuses, free tickets, deposit matches, and other incentives (collectively “Bonuses”) provided by Canada Lotto Hub operated by canadalottohub.ca (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By claiming or using any Bonus, you agree to be bound by these Bonus Terms, our general Terms & Conditions, and any specific terms communicated with the particular promotion.

1. General Rules

All Bonuses are available only to eligible players who are 18 years or older and physically located in Canada.
Bonuses are offered at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time without prior notice.
Only one Bonus per person, household, IP address, or payment method may be claimed unless otherwise stated.
You must opt-in or meet the specific requirements (e.g., minimum deposit, promo code) to qualify for a Bonus.

2. Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings derived from the Bonus can be withdrawn.
The standard wagering requirement is 20x – 40x the Bonus amount (specific multiplier will be clearly stated in the offer).
Only lottery ticket purchases contribute towards meeting the wagering requirement (contribution rate is usually 100% unless otherwise specified).
Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion (typically 7–30 days). Unused Bonus or unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited after expiry.

3. Bonus Funds and Cash Balance

Bonus funds are separate from your cash balance.
Winnings from Bonus funds are added to your Bonus balance until wagering requirements are fully met.
Once wagering requirements are satisfied, Bonus winnings are converted to withdrawable cash.
When placing a ticket purchase, cash balance is used first, followed by Bonus balance (unless the promotion states otherwise).

4. Eligible Products

Bonuses can only be used to purchase official lottery tickets and related products available on canadalottohub.ca.
Bonuses cannot be used for third-party services, transferred to other accounts, or converted directly into cash without meeting the required conditions.

5. Prohibited Actions

The following will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings:

Creating multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus.
Using VPN, proxy, or any method to disguise your location.
Collusion, fraud, or abuse of the promotion.
Violating general Terms & Conditions.
Attempting to withdraw Bonus funds before completing wagering requirements.

6. Withdrawal of Winnings

All withdrawals are subject to full account verification (KYC).
You must meet all Bonus Terms before requesting a withdrawal of Bonus-related winnings.
We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals if we suspect abuse or violation of these terms.

7. Bonus Expiry and Forfeiture

Bonuses not claimed within the specified period will expire.
Any Bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account.
Failure to meet wagering requirements within the time limit results in forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.

8. Taxes and Liability

You are solely responsible for any taxes payable on winnings received from Bonus offers under Canadian tax law. Canada Lotto Hub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in promotional offers.

9. Changes to Bonus Terms

We may update these Bonus Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of any Bonus after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Bonus Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province/territory. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with our general Terms & Conditions.
